What is your warranty policy?

Eliette offers a complete warranty against any manufacturing defects for the first 3 months after purchase as well as lifetime servicing for all Eliette rings.

After 3 months from the date of purchase we do consider any damage wear and tear, however we will happily help service your ring for the lifetime of its wear.

Examples of manufacturing defects covered by our warranty:

• Rings made with incorrect metal
• Loose stones
• Bent or dented rings
• Crooked Settings

Our warranty does not cover rings damaged due to regular wear and tear, which can include:

• Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals
• Deterioration of prongs and metals as a result of wear
• Bent or worn-out prong(s) that have resulted in a loose or lost stone due to daily wear
• Chipped or broken stones
• Scratches due to daily wear

Please note that all earrings, necklaces, and bracelets are not covered under our standard warranty.

How can I initiate a repair?

Throughout our years of experience in jewelry, our team has seen it all! No matter when you purchased your Eliette ring, we’re here to take the stress away. Email us at info@deareliette.com and we’ll coordinate your repair with our bench or suggest a local alternative if applicable.

Any repairs sent to the Eliette bench will take at minimum 3-4 weeks to complete. After 3 months from date of purchase, repairs may range from $50 for a simple fix to $1,000 for a full remake.

Please note that Eliette does not offer repair services for earrings, necklaces, and bracelets.
